OnlyFans model Bonnie Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was arrested in Bali last week along with 17 male tourists, including 15 Australians who have since been released. Police seized professional video cameras, contraceptives, erectile drugs, and a blue ute marked 'Bonnie Blue’s BangBus' following a tip-off from concerned citizens.
Blue faces up to 15 years in prison and fines of up to 6 billion rupiah (approximately $541,000) under Indonesia’s anti-pornography law. However, legal experts suggest she may be deported instead. Philo Dellano, a managing partner at PNB Immigration in Jakarta, told News.com.au that an 'invisible hand' could request her deportation, allowing transfer to immigration for removal.
Dellano noted that similar cases have resulted in deportation, such as an American woman deported in September for hosting an 'Intimacy Mastery Retreat' and a Ukrainian woman deported in 2023 for filming pornographic content. He added that the outcome often depends on the strength of the 'invisible hand' behind the foreigner.
However, Krist Andi Ricardo Turnip, a lawyer with Malekat Hukum International Law Firm in Bali, argued that Blue could be prosecuted under Indonesian law. 'Any foreign national suspected of violating the pornography law can be prosecuted based on the principle of territoriality,' he told News.com.au.
Blue gained fame for having sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours in a documentary about her career. She was allegedly soliciting schoolies teenagers over 18 for pornographic activities on Instagram.
