Gomez purchased the property in 2020 for $4.89 million. The home is located in Encino's exclusive Rancho enclave and underwent a meticulous renovation before Gomez acquired it. Tom Petty owned the home until 2017, when it was sold just months before his death. The property features a wine cellar, gym, massage room, workspace, glam room, kitchen, and a vocal booth—believed to be part of Petty's original recording studio, which Gomez likely used for her music.
