The 23-year-old adult content creator, who recently claimed she has amassed a staggering $100 million USD ($140 million AUD) across her career, took to the catwalk to model two eye-catching looks for the annual swimwear event.

For her first-ever runway appearance, Rain wore a giraffe-print triangle bikini top with tie-up bottoms, before changing into a fluoro pink and orange two-piece set for her second walk.

Her inclusion in the prestigious Swim Week instantly divided social media, with many traditional modelling purists claiming she didn't deserve the coveted spot. Critics quickly flooded social media to vent their frustration, with one person labelling the OnlyFans star's runway debut as downright 'tragic' for the fashion industry.

Another disgruntled viewer demanded that organisers 'bring back proper supermodels,' while someone else argued that adult subscription platforms and professional runway modelling are entirely different industries. Several viewers also took aim at her catwalk technique, claiming she simply 'can't walk for her life'.

The term is a nod to the Bop House, a popular and controversial content creator collective launched in December 2024 by Rain and fellow influencer Aishah Sofey. The group featured a rotating roster of female OnlyFans creators and gained massive viral traction online for their dance videos.

Not a Traditional Show

While people were quick to assume Rain had infiltrated a standard high-fashion catwalk, the show was actually a curated event designed specifically for the creator economy. She was walking for Creators Inc., a massive creator management company founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Andrew Bachman that represents major digital stars. The agency used Miami Swim Week to launch its own swimwear label, CI Swimwear, in 2023. Alongside Rain, popular creators like Piper Rockelle, Alina Rose, Summer Iris, Mariella Gregoria, and Virginia Sanhouse also walked the runway.

Rain's Rise to Fame

It comes after Rain rose to prominence in recent years. Despite earning $65 million USD ($90 million AUD) in her first year on the adult subscription platform, she has consistently made headlines by opening up about her personal life. The creator, who openly discusses her Christian faith, shocked fans by revealing she is still a virgin and does not perform explicit acts with partners on her page.

'I know it seems odd, but I don't do anything else with anyone on my OnlyFans, it's just me,' she previously shared. She also allegedly turned down a massive $15 million USD ($20 million AUD) offer from an unnamed professional basketball player to lose her virginity. When questioned about the rejection, Rain simply stated that she had to say no because she 'obviously has morals'.
