Every winter I look into my wardrobe only to be greeted by the same dated styles, so I decided to take the plunge and invest in a new one for 2026. Since it has arrived I have spotted endless people wearing it (or trying to get their hands on it) so I am feeling pretty lucky to have secured one before sizes ran out of stock. After months of complaining about my broken TV, I finally caved and hit checkout on one of the most sought-after models on the market. I have long seen a Samsung Frame hung on the walls inside friend and families’ homes, and I have always been amazed at what a difference it can make to a space, looking like a piece of artwork rather than a big piece of tech. Worthy of its viral status, I got my hands on a 65-inch model in the recent end of financial year sales for just $1,600, and while it is still a hefty splurge, I think it is worth every penny.
The visuals are crisp and clear — exactly what you would expect from a Samsung device — and the transitions between apps and streaming platforms are a breeze. There is even an added bonus of Samsung TV Plus, which gives you instant access to hundreds of live TV channels, and even on-demand movies and shows. The only caveat with the Frame TV is that the additional wooden frame needs to be purchased separately and the colour I had in mind is currently out of stock. Luckily it can be ordered after the TV arrives, but it is worth keeping in mind if you plan to mount it as the centrepiece on a wall.
