A 25-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, passengers in the 4WD, sustained critical injuries and were transported to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment. The crash closed the southbound lanes of the Mitchell Freeway between Hutton Street and Graham Farmer Freeway for several hours.
