A single Australian ticket holder has secured the entire $30 million OzLotto jackpot in Tuesday evening's draw, marking a life-changing start to the new financial year. The winner was the only division one victor in OzLotto draw #1689, taking home the full prize pool.
Division Two and Three Winners
Two players from Western Australia also celebrated wins, each receiving $39,970.05 from division two. Nationally, 10 winners shared the division two prize. In division three, 18 Western Australian players each won $3,809.45, adding to the state's lottery success.

The winning numbers for the draw were 17, 19, 24, 43, 41, 8, and 2. The supplementary numbers were 12, 26, and 7.
Previous Lotto Win in Geraldton
The massive win follows a recent $1.8 million Saturday Lotto prize won by a Geraldton man in his 60s. He purchased his winning ticket at Rigter's IGA in the Mid West town and plans to reduce his work hours and travel to Thailand. "I've always wanted to see the Chiang Mai Yi Peng Lantern Festival," he said. "I have travelled a lot around South-East Asia, but that is one thing that I haven't seen yet. I want to work less and explore more – there are lots of remote islands in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam I'd like to see."
