Church sells Stanwell Park beachfront for $6.75m after 70 years
A beachfront property in Stanwell Park, owned by the Christian Brothers for 70 years, sold for $6.75 million at auction. The iconic site at 35-37 Stanwell Avenue attracted six bidders and 70 bids.
