Ukrainian drones hit a Moscow oil refinery and a residential building in a large-scale attack, sending flames and plumes of smoke into the sky. The strike targeted the refinery, causing a significant fire, while a high-rise residential building near the facility also sustained damage.

According to Russian officials, up to 180 drones were purportedly headed towards the Russian capital. Air-defense forces claimed to have shot down the majority of them. However, some drones managed to reach their targets, igniting the refinery and damaging the residential building.

Emergency services were deployed to the scene to extinguish the fire and assess the damage. No casualties have been reported so far. The attack marks one of the most significant drone strikes on Moscow since the conflict began.
