Olympic gold medallist and three-time grand slam champion Matt Ebden will return to Dunsborough for a tennis masterclass on November 30. The event, hosted by Millman Tennis at the Dunsborough & Districts Country Club, offers participants on-court coaching and insights from Ebden's professional career.
This marks the second year Ebden has travelled to Dunsborough for the masterclass, which is themed 'A Taste of Wimbledon'. Brad Millman, head tennis professional at the country club, highlighted the event's inspirational impact, recalling a moment last year when a 14-year-old attendee asked Ebden when he decided to train hard. Ebden's response that he started at the same age inspired the young player.
The program includes coaching sessions, a live auction with signed memorabilia, autograph and photo opportunities, a one-on-one interview and Q&A with Ebden, and a barbecue. The masterclass runs from 2.30pm to 7.30pm, with tickets available online.
