Bobby Hill Granted Leave As Partner Due With Third Child

Collingwood star Bobby Hill has been granted leave from the club as his ex-partner, Georgia Devlin, is expecting their third child. The couple, who have two young sons together, reportedly separated in June during the AFL season.

Devlin posted photos on Instagram showing her baby bump while decorating a Christmas tree with their children. Hill was not tagged in the post, and the pair no longer follow each other on the social media platform.

Hill played only one game after Round 15 in 2025 due to personal reasons. The 25-year-old small forward, who won the Norm Smith Medal in Collingwood's 2023 Grand Final victory, has been dealing with off-field issues following the split.

Concerns about Hill's welfare were raised by veteran AFL reporter Caroline Wilson in August, who noted that Hill had been uncontactable for days at a time. A reported falling out with his cousin, St Kilda veteran Bradley Hill, occurred after Brad attempted an intervention.

Hill returned to Collingwood pre-season training in December and is expected to be ready for the 2026 season. He signed a contract extension earlier this year that keeps him at the club until at least the end of 2030.
