STM, Western Australia's most-read weekly magazine, is celebrating its 21st anniversary this month with a series of special editions and a major competition for readers. The magazine, which first appeared inside The Sunday Times on February 8, 2004, has become known for its award-winning journalism, photography, fashion shoots, and profiles of West Australians.
To mark the milestone, STM has partnered with Crown Perth to offer readers the chance to win a $15,000 luxury stay at Crown Towers. The prize includes three nights in a Deluxe Villa and a connecting Premier Twin Room for four people, daily Crystal Club access with evening canapes, cocktails, and breakfast, valet parking, champagne on arrival, and $500 resort credit.
STM editor Katherine Fleming said the competition was a way to thank loyal readers who have been central to the magazine's success. 'As we celebrate 21 years of STM and the many people who have made the magazine what it is today, we look forward to a bright future of telling uplifting, entertaining, thought-provoking and, above all, West Australian stories,' she said.
The Sunday Times editor Adrian Lowe praised STM as a favourite for many readers, noting its beautiful presentation and engaging content. 'From highlighting interesting and captivating celebrities to telling the amazing stories of West Australians, STM's power to inform and entertain has always been second to none,' Lowe said.
The anniversary editions will feature exclusive interviews, photo shoots, and stories tracing the magazine's evolution from its early days to the present. Readers can find the first chance to enter the competition in STM this weekend in The Sunday Times.
