Tri-Level Eleebana Home with Lake Views Listed for First Time

A striking tri-level home overlooking Croudace Bay in Eleebana has hit the market for the first time. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 60 Bareki Road is listed with a guide of $2.75 million to $2.95 million with Louise Vico of Movable.

Set on 531 square metres, the architectural home is designed to take in uninterrupted lake views from all three levels. The owners completed the build in 2019, two years after securing the vacant land. Owner James Blair said they were surprised land in that position was still available.

Toner Designs architect Chris Toner, who trained in Germany, was enlisted to design the home. Careful consideration was taken into the elevation, outlook, orientation and overall functionality of the house. The design aimed to take advantage of the outlook from each level and create a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The top level comprises a parents' retreat with a main bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite with a freestanding bath. The middle level has three bedrooms, an open-plan rumpus, a second living area and the main bathroom. The lower level has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace.

The living space opens to a large deck with a built-in outdoor kitchen and a sunken spa, which is the owners' favourite area. A second outdoor entertaining area features a fireplace and a pizza oven. According to Cotality, the median house value in Eleebana is $1.36 million.
