Lake Macquarie's $10m Record Mansion Returns to Market

Lake Macquarie's most expensive house, a five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion at 334 The Esplanade in Speers Point, is set to return to the market. The property sold for a record-breaking $10 million in November 2022.

Selling agent Lyndall Allan of Salt Property described it as 'the standout property in Lake Macquarie' and 'a trophy home' with over 1300 square metres of internal space. The owners have upgraded the home with new fittings, fixtures, and a chandelier since purchasing it.

The residence sits on a 2081-square-metre double block overlooking the lake. Features include an indoor mineral swimming pool with a spa, slide, and sunken lounge area, a marble cocktail bar with a champagne wall, a home theatre, an infrared sauna, a gym, and multiple garages.

The owners, who have three children, are downsizing after living in the home for nearly four years. They personalized the interiors with marble finishes, electric blinds, and a mud room, among other upgrades.
