A 14-year-old boy reported missing in Canberra has been found safe and well, police confirmed. The teenager was last seen in the Gold Creek area at 3:00pm on Friday, June 19, 2026, prompting an urgent public appeal from ACT Policing.
Police said the boy had not been seen or heard from since that time, and both his family and authorities held concerns for his welfare. He was described as Caucasian, about 170cm (5'7") tall, with a solid build and ginger mid-length hair.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black track pants, a black puffer jacket, and a black backpack. ACT Policing thanked the public for their assistance in locating the teen.
