The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular, titled Come Alive!, will bring its fusion of circus and musical performance to Perth's Ozone Reserve in August 2026. The show is inspired by Hugh Jackman's 2017 film The Greatest Showman and features acrobatic and aerial acts set to a reimagined soundtrack from the movie, including hits like This Is Me and Rewrite The Stars.
Conceived by creative director Simon Hammerstein, the production made its debut in London before heading to Australia. Hammerstein described the show as a blend of multiple entertainment forms, designed to transport audiences into a circus dream and tell a modern story about following one's dreams.
The all-Australian cast will perform under the Big Top, aiming to deliver a spectacle filled with joy and thrilling action. The Path Entertainment Group CEO David Hutchinson noted that Australia is the first international market to host the original London production, with the tour beginning in Sydney in late May before moving to Perth.
Hutchinson emphasized the Australian appetite for bold live entertainment, stating that the show delivers spectacle, heart, and pure joy. The production celebrates individuality and belonging, inviting audiences to step into the ring and experience a world-class reimagining of the beloved story.
Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular will be staged at Ozone Reserve in East Perth from August 27, 2026.
