In Our Blood at 10.15pm on Sky Atlantic, compared to It's A Sin, tells the Australian AIDS story. In the first episode of a concluding double-bill, infections rise alongside violent hatred toward gay people.
From at 2am on Sky One approaches its season four climax. Boyd tries to lead residents of Fromville home, while Tabitha and Jade collect children's bones before the bottle tree is pulled out. Jade hides a high-stakes secret that could change everything.
Film Choice: Enola Holmes 3 and More
Enola Holmes 3 (2026), directed by Philip Barantini and written by Jack Thorne, streams on Netflix. The Victorian-era mystery sees Enola (Millie Bobby Brown) distracted from her wedding to Lord Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge) by a crisis: Dr Watson (Himesh Patel) arrives in Malta to inform her that Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill) has been kidnapped. Mother Holmes (Helena Bonham Carter) trusts only Enola to rescue him. Barantini previously collaborated with Thorne on Netflix's Adolescence.
A Cock and Bull Story (2005), directed by Michael Winterbottom, airs at 9pm on BBC Three. This adaptation of Laurence Sterne's The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman features Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan as heightened versions of themselves, marking their first collaboration that led to four series of The Trip.
The Last Tree (2019), directed by Shola Amoo, airs at 1.25am on Film4. Sam Adewunmi plays Femi, a British Nigerian moving from Lincolnshire to London to Lagos in search of identity. Gbemisola Ikumelo is standout as Femi's birth mother. The film's visuals reflect Terrence Malick's influence, but the emotional insights are Amoo's own.
Bang My Box: The Robin Byrd Story (2026), produced by Sarah Jessica Parker, streams on HBO Max. The documentary follows Robin Byrd, who began a weekly sex show on public access TV in 1977, becoming a local celebrity and LGBTQ+ activist. She fought legal battles with Time Warner Cable, now Warner Bros Discovery, the documentary's broadcaster.
