Genesis Owusu has announced a national tour for April and May, including a Perth show, to support his debut album Smiling With No Teeth, set for release on March 5. The tour will cover all capital cities and selected regional areas.
The tour comes as Genesis and his Goon Club have refined their live show into one of the most compelling acts currently performing. The announcement marks a return to stages for the artist, who has garnered significant acclaim since his debut EP Cardrive four years ago.
Genesis has become one of Australia's most intriguing new musical talents, earning praise from international figures such as Elton John and The Free Nationals. His debut album has been highly anticipated following a string of successes.
