AC/DC will play their second Perth show at Optus Stadium on Monday night as part of the Australian leg of their Power Up tour. Gates open at 5.00pm, and fans are advised to expect heavy traffic and congestion around the stadium precinct.
Main Roads has warned motorists to allow extra travel time, especially during the afternoon peak, and to be aware of tow-away zones. Concert tickets include Transperth services for three hours either side of the show, with additional trains and buses running to manage the crowd.
Direct Yanchep and Mandurah line services will not operate; instead, fans should take a timetabled train to Perth and transfer to Stadium Station. Trains between Perth and Stadium Station will run every 7-8 minutes from 4.00pm to 6.30pm, then every 3-5 minutes until about 8.30pm. After the concert, high-frequency trains will run from approximately 11.00pm, with the last train departing Stadium Station at 1.02am.
The Suburban Event Bus Network will not operate before the show, but fans can catch a timetabled bus to Perth and transfer to a train, or take the Red CAT to Matagarup Bridge. After the concert, the bus network will run for 45 minutes. Roads near the stadium will be closed or restricted.
An AC/DC pop-up merchandise store at Cleaver House in West Perth will continue operating during the band's Perth visit, offering limited edition apparel and collector's items not available at the stadium. Optus Stadium expects more than 95,000 people across the two shows. Limited tickets remain for Monday's performance.
Food options include the Hells Bells fish taco ($17.10), Shot Down in Flames spicy wings ($16.20), TNT Burger ($16.90), and Highway to Hell double cheese burger ($17.50).
