Brisbane Lions star Lachie Neale has been spotted moving into a new residence in Brisbane following his separation from wife Jules. The dual Brownlow Medal winner was seen looking despondent as he carried electrical items while removalists unloaded furniture and whitegoods at his new house.
The move comes after Neale confirmed the end of his seven-year marriage in a press conference last Friday. He stated he had “regrets” about his personal life but declined to address rumours of infidelity. Jules had earlier publicly stated she was “betrayed in the most unimaginable way”.
The couple purchased a two-storey property in Seven Hills for $2.43 million in July 2022, which Neale had previously called their “forever home”. Jules has returned to Western Australia to be with her family, and the couple have not yet announced plans for the property. They share two children, daughter Piper, four, and son Freddie, one.
Meanwhile, a woman reportedly involved in the marriage breakdown has deleted several Instagram photos featuring the Neales, including images from Brisbane’s grand final victory. Neale’s future with the Lions also remains uncertain; his contract expires at the end of 2026, and he has not ruled out a return to Western Australia.
