Construction Begins on 108-Apartment North Perth Block

Construction has started on a nine-storey mixed-use development at 367–373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road in North Perth. The Celsius development will include 108 apartments from the second to ninth floors, with restaurants, cafes, shops and offices on the ground and second storeys.

Work is taking place between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Early stages involve piling and bulk earthworks, which may cause some vibration but are expected to remain within Australian Standards and not damage nearby properties.

A traffic management plan is in effect, with road and footpath obstructions on sections of Alma Road, Raglan Road, Fitzgerald Street and ROW 49. Trucks will occasionally load and unload outside the site boundaries on Fitzgerald Street and Raglan Road.

Construction workers will park at Wasley Street and View Street carparks, or on surrounding streets subject to existing restrictions, potentially adding pressure on local parking. Security fencing, CCTV and guards will be in place during the build.

Vehicle access for future tenants will be from Raglan Road and the western laneway. Residents with concerns are encouraged to contact the builder or developer directly.
