Apartment developer Finbar has received development approval for a new 10-storey tower in the Springs Rivervale estate, located at 5-7 Rowe Avenue. The project, named Arbor South, will be built on a 4112-square-metre site adjacent to the Graham Farmer Freeway.
The complex will comprise 132 one and two-bedroom apartments, some featuring two bathrooms. Amenities planned include a 16-metre solar-heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, residents' lounge, games room, and gardens.
Springs Rivervale is a high-density residential estate situated between the Graham Farmer Freeway and Great Eastern Highway, which has undergone urban renewal in recent years. Finbar has already completed two projects in the precinct, has two with development approval, and two more awaiting approval.
