A woman is in a critical condition following a quad bike rollover in regional Victoria on Monday morning.
The woman, believed to be in her 30s, was herding cattle on Centre Rd in Waaia, about 30 minutes north of Shepparton, when she came off the bike.
A passerby found the woman around 8:15am. She was assessed by Advanced Life Support (ALS) paramedics, Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance (MICA) paramedics, and the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS).

The woman was airlifted to The Alfred Hospital with life-threatening upper body injuries.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging anyone who witnessed it or has information to contact Crime Stoppers.
