A 37-year-old Gosnells man has been charged following a high-speed police chase in Morley last night.
Police reported spotting a black Holden speeding along Tonkin Highway near Airport Drive at approximately 11:05pm. When officers attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver allegedly failed to stop, prompting a pursuit.
The vehicle, which was found to have replica plates, was later located abandoned in Lovegrove Way in Morley.

The man has been charged with multiple offences, including driving a vehicle with forged or replica plates, driving without authority, and reckless driving to escape police pursuit.
