Dominant First Half
England took control from the outset, with Bellingham opening the scoring in the 12th minute. He collected a pass from Declan Rice on the edge of the box, turned his marker, and fired a low shot into the bottom corner. Ten minutes later, he turned provider, slipping a through ball to Harry Kane, who doubled the lead with a clinical finish.
Panama struggled to contain England's fluid attack. Bellingham added his second goal in the 35th minute, volleying home from a Kyle Walker cross. The first half ended 3-0, with England having 68% possession and nine shots on target.
Second Half Rout
England continued their dominance after the break. Bellingham assisted Raheem Sterling in the 55th minute, delivering a precise cross that Sterling headed in. Substitute Marcus Rashford completed the scoring in the 78th minute, slotting home after a swift counter-attack.
Panama's best chance came in the 63rd minute when Alberto Quintero hit the post from outside the box. England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford had a relatively quiet night, making only two saves.
