Police Hunt Duo After Knife Threat To Delivery Driver

Police are searching for two men after a food delivery driver was threatened with a knife in Sydney's inner west. The incident occurred on Monday evening when the driver was making a delivery in Newtown.

The driver, a 25-year-old man, was approached by two men who brandished a knife and demanded his belongings. He managed to escape unharmed and called police.

Officers from Redfern Police Area Command attended the scene and are investigating. The suspects are described as being of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern appearance, aged in their early 20s, and wearing dark clothing.
