Seven More Charged Over Violent Dawesville Kebab Shop Brawl

Seven additional people have been charged following a violent brawl that erupted at a Dawesville kebab shop last week, bringing the total number of accused to eight. The incident occurred around 1:40 pm at the Kebab King on Dandaragan Drive, where CCTV footage captured a physical fight that caused damage to the shop.

Staff at the kebab shop told 10 News Perth they feared for their lives while waiting over two hours for police to arrive. Store owner Ish Arora expressed frustration, saying police did not take his complaint seriously. Officers arrived at approximately 3:40 pm, by which time most of the group had left.

The kebab shop, which opened only four weeks ago, was forced to close for three days due to the damage. Later that evening, around 8:30 pm, police responded to another disturbance at a home on Aldersyde Way involving a large group. It is alleged the group covered their faces, smashed windows, attempted to enter the house, and damaged two cars.
