A FIFO worker from Perth's northern suburbs has become Western Australia's latest millionaire after winning a $1 million prize in last week's Millionaire Medley draw. The man, in his 50s, purchased the winning ticket online, which was the only Division One winning entry in Australia.
After finishing his FIFO swing, the winner visited the Lotterywest Winners room to claim his prize. He revealed that the first thing he plans to do with his winnings is take his children on a dream holiday to Disneyland, a trip they have always wanted.
While the holiday is a priority, the man also intends to continue working for now but hopes to eventually retire early. He joins 36 other West Australians who have secured a Division One win in 2026.
