The Meat & Wine Co, a premium steakhouse chain, has opened its second Western Australian location in South Perth. The restaurant now occupies the space that was previously home to the iconic Coco's restaurant for 35 years.
The new venue offers views of Perth's CBD skyline and the Swan River. It is located a short ferry ride from the chain's other WA location at the Palace Hotel on St Georges Terrace.
A VIP opening night was held on Monday, attended by local business leaders and industry figures. Guests enjoyed a Safari tasting plate, along with steaks and paired wines that the South African-inspired venue is known for.
