Otherside Brewing Releases Two Sabbath Pastry Stouts for 2026

Otherside Brewing Co has released two Sabbath pastry stouts as part of its Creative Release series, just in time for the cooler months. The 2026 edition moves away from the chocolate-and-vanilla theme of past releases, featuring macadamia as the new star ingredient.

The standard Sabbath stout offers a creamy, nutty aroma with dark chocolate undertones from locally sourced chocolate malts. On the palate, it delivers rich chocolate flavour, vanilla bean, lingering macadamia, and subtle roasted notes, with a creamy mouthfeel and coffee finish.

The White Sabbath jam macadamia white nitro stout is a new addition, presented as a nitro beer. It pours a pale golden-straw hue with a creamy white head. The aroma is jammy with nuttiness from macadamia, white chocolate, and hints of coffee from Little Owl Coffee Roasters.
