A luxury home in Nedlands, developed by Danny and Suzi Pavlovich, has been listed for sale with a price guide of $20 million. The property features advanced technology including 16 security cameras with infrared and motion detection, a temperature-controlled server room, and smart systems connected to 24 LED displays.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence sits on 1407 square meters of riverfront land and spans three levels connected by a lift. Amenities include a six-car garage, infrared sauna, spa, steam room, full gym, racquetball court, pool, indoor and outdoor theatres and kitchens, a nine-seater teppanyaki grill, and a bar.
The Pavlovichs are moving into a Dalkeith mansion once owned by Alan Bond, which they purchased in 2020 for $27.5 million. Danny Pavlovich, CEO of Nutrition Systems and a property developer, expressed mixed feelings about selling the Nedlands home.
“It’s bittersweet because we built something truly special, but we love building at this level,” he said. “My family and I love this house. We use every space; there is no wasted area.”
