Hugos Chocolate, an Australian chocolatier, is launching a limited-edition Christmas snack exclusively at ALDI. The White Chocolate Coated Candy Cane Pretzels will be available from November 19 for two weeks only, or while stocks last.
The product combines sweet, salty, and minty flavors, featuring crunchy pretzels coated in cookies and cream chocolate and topped with candy cane pieces. Hugos Chocolate founder Costa Kon described the treat as a festive twist on their signature product, aiming to bring Christmas magic to every bite.
Retailing at $5.99 for a 200g pack, the pretzels are produced at the company's Villawood, New South Wales factory, using locally sourced ingredients and cocoa from Africa. Hugos Chocolate is one of the few Australian manufacturers that processes chocolate from raw materials.
The company gained attention earlier with its viral Dubai chocolate Pistachio Bombs. The new Candy Cane Pretzels are expected to be similarly popular, making them a sought-after item for Christmas dessert boards or stocking stuffers.
