Better Homes and Gardens presenter Clarissa Feildel has shared her recipe for a Malaysian-inspired mango sago pudding. The dessert combines tapioca, coconut milk, and fresh mangoes for a sweet and simple treat that evokes summer.
To assemble, layer the dessert in a cup or bowl starting with mango purée, followed by the coconut sago mixture. Finish with diced mango, lime zest, and a sprig of mint.
