Over 2.5 million Australians are using the fitness app KIC, and now new and returning members can save up to 30 per cent on subscriptions until midnight January 16. The app, founded by best friends Laura Henshaw and Steph Claire Smith, offers over 1,000 on-demand workouts, nutritious recipes, and guided meditations.
KIC features 20 expert-designed programs for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. The current promotion, running from January 1 to 16, allows users to join five different challenges: Awaken Energy, Create Calm, Build Confidence, Find Focus, and Reclaim Reset. Each challenge targets specific goals like improving mood, reducing stress, building strength, or enhancing focus.
The app also includes expanded movement and mindset pillars focusing on sleep, confidence, focus, and calm. These combine guided movement, mindset practices, and simple rituals to help users build lasting habits. KIC emphasizes positive habit formation over fad diets or quick transformations.
For those aiming to run a 5k, the app offers a guided running program with three runs per week, automatically tracking progress and adjusting the plan. Gym sessions are also available for variety. The app is designed to support users at their own pace, with a supportive community of over 2.5 million people.
