Canberra Centre Assault: Police Seek Witnesses 46 Days After Bashing

ACT Policing is appealing for public assistance to identify three attackers and four witnesses following a brutal bashing at the Canberra Centre on Saturday, June 10. The assault, which was captured on CCTV, shows a young man being thrown to the ground and repeatedly punched and kicked.

The victim is seen cowering on the floor, suffering facial injuries, as the offenders walk away. The three attackers were with four other men, most of whom appeared to be wearing similar clothing.

Two of the three attackers were wearing dark blue shirts and dark pants with trimmed facial hair, with one described as having a sleeve tattoo on his left arm. The third man was wearing a light coloured shirt and black pants.
