A 21-year-old woman has been charged following a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 25-year-old man in Adelaide's north. The incident occurred on Hillier Road, Hillier, just before 8pm on Tuesday.
Police allege the man, from Andrews Farm, was struck by a car that failed to stop. He was rushed to hospital but later died from his injuries.
Following investigations by Barossa Police, the Stockport woman was arrested on Wednesday and charged with cause death by dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
A 19-year-old Munno Para West man was also arrested after a search of his home allegedly uncovered a firearm in his bed. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated affray and possess firearm without a licence.
Both are expected to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Thursday. Police continue to investigate and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
