Head Chef Daniel Girau, originally from Sardinia, crafts seasonal Italian favorites, including Neapolitan-style pizzas and hand-stretched pasta. The menu also includes a one-kilogram fire-roasted Fiorentina steak for two, a plant-based cauliflower steak with romesco, and desserts like Limoncello Tiramisu or Lemon Myrtle Panna Cotta.
