Apartment developer Finbar has received development approval for a new 10-storey tower in the Springs Rivervale estate, located at 5-7 Rowe Avenue. The site spans 4112 square metres.
Dubbed Arbor South, the complex will feature 132 one and two-bedroom apartments, some with two bathrooms. Amenities include a 16-metre solar heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, residents lounge, games room and gardens.
Springs Rivervale is a high-density residential estate between the Graham Farmer Freeway and Great Eastern Highway, which has undergone urban renewal in recent years. Finbar has already completed two projects in the precinct, with two now having development approval and two more awaiting approval.
