Search for Missing SA Mother Ends With No Clues After 1000 Mine Shafts Checked
Search for Missing SA Mother Ends With No Clues

The latest search efforts to find a missing South Australia mother have concluded with no new clues found, despite investigators examining 1000 mine shafts in the remote town of Andamooka, more than 500 kilometres from Adelaide.

Major Crime detectives, alongside officers from the STAR Group, Mounted Operations, and SES volunteers, searched and cleared a total of 1000 mines, as well as draining and clearing three dams. However, no evidence was discovered, though investigators have not ruled out returning to the area as the case continues.

Trisha Graf, 41, was last seen at the Roxby Downs Hotel at 12.19am on Friday, 12 December 2025. She left shortly afterwards in her white 2012 Ford Territory (SA registration S254BCX) with a friend, travelling towards Andamooka.

Police said Trisha collided with a kangaroo just outside the township before continuing into Andamooka, where she and a friend visited a home in the north-west of the town. Police now hold grave concerns for Graf's welfare due to the length of time she has been missing.

According to police, Trisha left just before 2am to drive home and was last seen on Dunstan Drive. Just after midday the same day, her partner and a friend found her Ford Territory perched on a dirt mound near the Blue Dam east of Andamooka.

Initial ground and aerial searches, followed by further efforts from police, SES, and local community members, failed to locate her. Additional searches by Far North police, Port Augusta officers, Missing Persons investigators, and PolAir have also been unsuccessful.

Anyone with information on Trisha's movements or whereabouts is urged to contact police.
