Who fancies a flame-grilled quarter chicken and chips for free? One restaurant is giving out 15,000 free meals tomorrow, including at multiple stores across Perth.
Local Oporto stores across the city are taking part in a nationwide giveaway on Wednesday, June 10, to mark Dia de Portugal and celebrate the flavours of the business’s Portuguese roots.
From 12pm on Wednesday, selected Perth stores will be giving away free Portuguese flame-grilled quarter chicken and chips to the first 67 Flame Rewards loyalty members, until sold out. All you have to do is join the Oporto loyalty program by downloading their app.

Oporto is also offering the Bondi burger at $5 all day on Wednesday.
Butterflied and cooked the Portuguese way, the business introduced its flame-grilled chicken to Australia in 1986, and it’s a firm favourite with customers who can choose whether it’s basted in lemon and herb, chilli or fiery picante.
“The Portuguese way is about generosity, sharing and bringing people together over great food,” said Mayank Goel, a local Oporto franchisee owner.
“We know that many Aussies are feeling the pinch right now, so Dia de Portugal, or Portugal Day, is our moment to lean into this, give back and show up for the Oporto community in a meaningful way.”
